Return/Exchange Policy

What is your return/ exchange policy on hair extensions?
We at Aashi Beauty are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened and unused hair extensions within 30 days from the date delivery. We only accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, in any way tampered with. All returns must be sent back in their original state and product packaging.


Please note that the test strip in your Clip-in Hair Extension set is a part of your set and if the ties have been removed from either the test piece or the main bundle then you will not qualify for a return or exchange.

* DO NOT REMOVE the ties off of your extensions unless you are sure that the color matches. If the ties have been removed we are unable to return or exchange your product as we do not allow any opened extensions to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

WE DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned or exchanged.

* Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For all returns the shipping fees will be deducted from all orders, in addition to the restocking fee. In other words, you will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs and you are responsible for the return postage.

What is your return/ exchange policy on hair styling tools?
We are pleased to offer a return policy on styling tools that meet the return or exchange requirements as specified below. Please note that all items do NOT qualify for a return or exchange – any items purchased with a discount or coupon are FINAL SALE and all sale items are FINAL SALE.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
In order to initiate a return or exchange, please scroll at the bottom of the page, login with your order details and file a claim. 

Our returns department must be contacted prior to sending back your return to ensure that you qualify for a return or exchange. All steps must be followed and if they are not followed we cannot guarantee that your return will be accepted at our warehouse. Aashi Beauty is not responsible for lost packages and we would advise sending all returns back with a tracking number. 

* Once you initiate your return all further instructions will be provided via e-mail on how to proceed with your return/exchange.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once you initiate your return or exchange you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with returning your item to our warehouse.

If all steps are not followed your return may be denied at our warehouse. If your item is denied it will be returned back to you via the carrier which you had used. Please note that Aashi Beauty is not responsible for any lost packages and we would advise sending all returns back with a tracking number.

Why are my hair extensions non-refundable once they have been opened?
By law human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product and we at Aashi Beauty take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. With that said for the safety of all our customers we do not allow any opened hair extensions to be returned.

* Please email in a photo of your hair in natural light, preferable a back shot taken from about two feet away.

* DO NOT REMOVE the ties off of your extensions unless you are sure that the color matches. If the ties have been removed we are unable to return or exchange your product as we do not allow any opened extensions to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

When will I receive my exchange?
We will send your exchange once your return has been fully inspected and confirmed that your return follows all the item requirements of our Exchange Policy.

For extensions once they have been received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, used, in any way tampered with or altered from its original state or packaging we will then be able to send out the desired hair extension set.

If your exchange is approved a new order will be generated and your order will be sent directly to our processing facility. Please allow between 1 to 2 business days for your order to complete processing. Once your exchange has completed processing and shipped you will receive your tracking link! Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to update!

How long does it take to process returns?
You will receive a notification once your return has been initialized if your return meets all the requirements of our Refund and Exchange Policy. 

Please note that processing time for refunds varies depending on your banking institution. It can take 3 or more business days for your banking institution to reflect the refund on your statement.

How will I receive my refund?
A refund, excluding the initial shipping cost and restocking fee will be issued to your original method of payment if your return meets all the requirements of our Refund Policy.
