Order Changes

I entered the incorrect shipping address, can I change it?
It is the consumers responsibility to provide a secure shipping address upon checkout – meaning that the buyer is responsible to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly.

If an invalid address is provided or you need to change your shipping address, please email info@aashibeauty.com with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible. We will make every effort to make the requested change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as there is a limited time frame for any order changes.

Once an order has been sent to our processing facility or has shipped we are no longer able to update the order. In this case we would suggest contacting the shipper, UPS to have the address changed. If they are unable to successfully complete an address change, we will have to wait and see if your order is returned back to our facility.

If an invalid address is provided and the order has been shipped or delivered Aashi Beauty will not be held responsible as it is the consumers responsibility to provide a secure shipping address upon checkout.

Can I change my order?
Please e-mail info@aashibeauty.com mmediately with your order number and the requested item. We will do our best to change your order prior to your order entering processing.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order given that once your order enters our processing facility we are no longer able to make any changes.

How do I cancel my order?
Please e-mail orders@aashibeauty.com with your order number and your request to cancel your order. We will do our best to cancel your order prior to your order entering our processing facility.

If your order has already been processed or if it has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel your order. In this case, once you have received your order, please e-mail our returns team at
