What does it mean when an item is on back order? or pre order?
At Aashi Beauty the demands are high and given the popularity of our high-quality products some may be temporarily placed on back order. Our products will only be placed on back order when the product goes out of stock.

All back ordered items will have an estimated date of restocking. We do try to have back ordered items restocked earlier then the restocking date as we at Aashi Beauty know how important it is to receive your product within a timely manner.

Can I still purchase a product that is on back order or pre order ?
When an item is on back order you are still able to place your order as we at Aashi Beauty want to ensure that you receive your must have Aashi Beauty products! By placing an order for a back ordered item you hold your spot to ensure that once the item is restocked you are first in line to receive it.

If you order a back ordered item you will receive an order confirmation with an order number which means that your card has been successfully charged. After this once the product has been restocked your order will be sent directly to our processing facility for shipment and once your order has shipped you will be notified via e-mail with an order confirmation and tracking number.

I ordered multiple items and only one is on back order or pre order, why has my order not shipped?
When you place an order for multiple items and one or more items are on back order your order will not ship until all items are restocked given a combined method of shipping is selected.

If you would like to split your order and receive the items which are in stock at an earlier date, please e-mail our orders department to proceed with the split shipment. Please ensure to include your order number in the subject field of your e-mail.
